Step 2: Book a Telehealth Appointment
After you create your modMD account, please schedule your telehealth appointment. This appointment will take place via Zoom and you may join from your cell phone, tablet or computer.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT OPEN YOUR TEST MATERIALS UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY THE TECHNICIAN
Step 3: Prepare for Your Appointment
Please ensure you have video/audio access via Zoom prior to the appointment. During the video call, the technician will:

Ask you to show your government-issued Photo I.D. (such as a passport or drivers license)

Explain the testing process

Supervise you as you conduct your test

Assist you in packaging your test for shipping back to the lab
Step 4: Return Your Test
Upon completing your test, you will return the test to a Fed-Ex ship center (not a drop-box). When your test is processed, you will receive an official COVID-19 test report with your results.
