Pre-Event COVID-19 Testing

A negative COVID-19 test is required to attend the November 9th and 10th Sound & Screen Film event. PCR tests and medically-administered Rapid Antigen tests with an official test report will be accepted for event entrance.

 

Sound & Screen has partnered with modMD to offer COVID-19 testing on Monday, November 7th, Tuesday, November 8th, Wednesday, November 9th and Thursday, November 10th with guaranteed same-day results. To meet the testing requirements for the event, please test no earlier than 11am on Monday, November 7th.

Please make an appointment at your preferred location below. In-person COVID testing is available through modMD at no cost when billed to insurance or $125 out-of-pocket for Lab PCR, $60 out-of-pocket for Rapid Antigen.

PRE-EVENT ON-SITE

 

Guests who tested in advance will receive priority entrance. For guests who are only able to test on-site before the event, testing will be available from 5:00-9:30 pm.

Space is limited, please allow 20-30 minutes for testing and results time.

​

Sound & Screen is collecting the results of your COVID test through its approved third-party testing service, modMD, for the sole purpose of verifying that you do not have COVID for the event on November 9 & 10, 2022.


We will not use it for another purpose, nor will we disclose it to any third party or service provider, unless we have a legal obligation to do so, consistent with applicable law.
